Once your appointment has been booked you will be emailed forms that involve completing your personal information, medical history, and viewing and signing consent forms.  Please feel free to bring in any labs, imaging, or medical records you'd like Nicole to review.

For the first visit, the patient can expect to spend approximately 1.5 hours with Nicole.  Together we will go over your comprehensive health history in detail, Nicole will observe your pulse, tongue, and abdomen, come to a diagnosis, and discuss your treatment plan options.  You will receive your first acupuncture treatment that day and discuss other treatment modalities that may be beneficial, which may include moxibustion, cupping, or medicinal teas.

Follow-up visits typically last 1 hour.  At each visit Nicole will re-evaluate your presenting symptoms, and objective signs, and make changes as your presentation evolves.

Client relationships and high-quality care are of the utmost importance to Nicole. In order to keep her business running smoothly and maintain balance in her schedule, Nicole enforces a 48-hour cancellation policy. If violated, you will be charged in full for your session. In order to cancel, you can log into your patient portal and cancel; other options are texting, calling, or emailing Nicole directly.
